CINCINNATI, OH | APRIL 4, 2024 — Orlando Sonza reacted to the arrest of murder suspect Fermin Garcia-Gutierrez, an illegal immigrant who has been deported seven times and arrested eleven times, in Butler County.

"This tragedy is the direct result of Democrats' refusal to secure our southern border," said Sonza. "We have an ongoing crisis on our southern border, and the deadly impacts are now being seen in our backyard here in Southwest Ohio. Cincinnati voters need to ask: why did Greg Landsman vote against securing the border?"

Garcia-Gutierrez previously used seven different names and three different date of births in Butler County, and he faces charges of aggravated murder (premeditated), using weapons while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapons, possession of drugs, and obstructing official business according to FOX19.
