CINCINNATI, OH | MAY 2, 2024 — Orlando Sonza released the following statement regarding Greg Landsman's vote against H. Res. 1112, a bipartisan resolution "Denouncing the Biden administration's immigration policies."

"With this vote, Greg is telling voters in the 1st District what he has always believed: that he supports millions of illegal, unvetted immigrants coming through our border. Greg had an opportunity to join a bipartisan group in standing up for our national security and safety in Southwest Ohio, and he said no."

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data, Southwest land border encounters are up 114,547 in 2024 compared to last year's record setting encounter rate.
